The very first Orbital Sciences Antares rocket successfully launched on a test flight from Wallops Island, April 21st 2013 at 20:00 UTC, A second stage umbilical disconnected at T-12 minutes scrubbing the launch attempt. Launch was again scrubbed on the 20th due to high level winds.

The rocket will carry a dummy Cygnus spacecraft ahead of it's planned use to deliver cargo to the International Space Station.
