Fueling has begun at the Spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana for the fourth Soyuz launch from the complex. The Soyuz-STA with Fregat upper stage will launch the Pleiades 1B satellite today, December 1st at 02:03 UTC. The craft will provide very high resolution (50cm) imagery of Earth for the French and Spanish ministries.
